Justin Rader vs Denny Prokopos Superfight This Saturday!
Justin Rader, Rafael Lovato Jr.‘s first black belt, will face Denny Prokopos, Eddie Bravo’s first black belt, in a 20 minute submission only superfight on June 15th, this Saturday.
The fight will be streamed online at midwestsubmissionchallenge.com as a pay-per-view for $9.95 at 3 p.m. CST. The match promises to be an clash of styles between two very different competitors. Justin Rader is the classic wrestler with a style that is modified specifically for submission wrestling to constantly attack and pressure his opponent. Denny, on the other hand, has been brought up in the non-traditional 10th Planet system with some wrestling and a lot of flexible guard play. Rader is a two-time ADCC, Black Belt No-Gi World Champion (2010), and two-time Black Belt No-Gi World silver medalist (2011, 2012). Denny won the No-Gi World Championship at brown belt in 2007 and will be looking to propel his career by taking on America’s grappling giants in facing Justin Rader.
