Lovato’s School of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA recently had a great visitor, Jake Mapes from San Diego. Jake Mapes came into Oklahoma City to train with some of the best BJJ competitors in the world and to teach his Martial Arts Techniques in Oklahoma.
Jake Mapes lives in San Diego, California and trains at Saulo Ribeiro’s academy, the University of Jiu Jitsu, where he teaches classes. He also trains with Saulo Ribeiro’s Arena MMA team. Jake Mapes was in Oklahoma City since Wednesday and taught three classes where he showed his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts techniques in Oklahoma.
Jake Mapes’ last day in Oklahoma City was spent training hard with the Lovato’s School of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA competition team that is preparing for the BJJ pan ams. He pushed hard through all three + hours of hard training and even showed some of the competitors some of his slick martial arts techniques in Oklahoma.
